My experience has ranged from assisting in the acquisition of property as part of a comprehensive regeneration strategy evaluating regeneration options, investment of public monies and representing Local Authorities in complex urban ‘Development Agreements’.
Case Study
Crown House, Kidderminster
Acted for Wyre Forest District Council concerning their freehold interest of this dilapidated 8 storey office building, built over the River Stour. This is involved negotiating the surrender of the Trillium’s long leasehold and subsequent complex demolition.
Crown House was long seen as a local eyesore, and involvement encompassed analysis and advice concerning post demolition options and the integration with the adjoining Weavers Wharf.
